CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

• Once an order for hardware or construction materials has been placed in our system, we are unable to make any amendments. Our fulfillment process begins quickly after an order is confirmed, meaning we cannot add items or modify quantities, sizes, or specifications of products. Cancellations of orders are also not permitted once they are placed.*
