• Metro Manila: Deliveries within Metro Manila are managed by our in-house riders for efficient and reliable service.
• Provincial Areas: For locations outside Metro Manila, we partner with Ninja Van to ensure secure and timely deliveries. This includes specific Metro Manila areas such as Navotas, Las Piñas, Valenzuela, Malabon, and Caloocan, which fall under Ninja Van coverage.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

• Metro Manila Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Provincial Standard Delivery: Expect deliveries to provincial areas within 7-12 business days from the order date.
• Pre-order Items: Pre-order items are delivered within 15 days from the date of order confirmation.

MISSING ITEMS
For larger orders, items may be shipped in separate parcels with individual tracking numbers, resulting in multiple deliveries at different times. If your order was not divided and items are still missing, please reach out to our Support team for prompt assistance.
