Dutch Boy CRB (Chlorinated Rubber-Based) Paint Floor Coating

Dutch Boy CRB (Chlorinated Rubber-Based) Paint Floor Coating is a modified chlorinated rubber-based coating designed to impart excellent chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and exterior durability.

Surface Preparation

Concrete Flooring: Remove oil and grease by using detergent or degreasers. Painting over a roughened concrete floor is recommended to improve adhesion of succeeding coats.

Metal Surfaces: Wipe the surface with a rag soaked in paint thinner to remove grease, oil, wax and other foreign matter. For new galvanized surfaces, etch the surface by applying D81 Dutch Boy Metal Etching Solution (Dilute 1 part of the solution to 9 parts water). Rinse with water and dry immediately.

Unpainted galvanized surfaces that have been exposed for 6 months or more need not to be etched.

Treat rusted steel by sanding and wire brushing. Use Dutch Boy Metal Etching solution on remaining rust. Let it stay for 10-15 mins. Be sure to remove all remaining residue. Immediately prime after drying.
